Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement is between you and Art of Stat LLC and governs use of the Art of Stat mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute the App without authorization. Educational use (including classroom demonstration and short instructional videos) is allowed. For commercial use, including screenshots in a textbook, contact support@artofstat.com.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and renew unless you cancel in the store. You retain ownership of data you import. The App is provided “as is.” See the Privacy Policy.
